8/27/24 – This is a great example of a Nazi War Merit Cross.These medals were a civilian medal that was instituted by the Third Reich in 1939. These medals were awarded to those civilians who made contributions to the Nazi war effort. This particular example is the “Without Swords” Model.The medal maintains some of it’s original cloth hangar. This is an excellent medal for those getting into the hobby of collecting WW2 Memorabilia.
