05/07/2024 – For sale is an H&R M1 Garand that was made in 1954 and sold to the public through CMP. The rifle is in great condition and retains a nice parkerized finish on the metal. The left side of the receiver has 2 scratch marks vertically. The stock is a CMP Replacement with a CMP stamp on the left side. The barrel is marked “H&R 7-54”. The bore is excellent and very bright with a muzzle erosion rating of 2 and a throat erosion of 1. The rifle comes with a green canvas sling and the original CMP certificate and there is a cleaning kit in the stock.
