4/1/25 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1939. It is all matching, has the proper police “Eagle L” proof on the right side of the slide, and has an installed police sear safety. This particular gun has been entirely nickel-plated, likely done by the GI who brought it home. It is fitted with quality reproduction “black widow” grips and comes with a mismatched wartime “Eagle 63” magazine. The gun shows very little wear. The bore has great rifling, but there is some light freckling in the grooves.
