4/19/23 – This is a very nice example of an AC 43 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. All matching with the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs throughout. The entire gun has been nickel-plated, likely done by the GI who capture it – this was very common. It has retained virtually all of its nickel-plating with some areas of very light freckling visible here and there. Fitted with black plastic grips. Comes with an un-marked blued magazine. Looks like there is a part missing from the mag bottom. The bore is very nice for the most part with strong rifling, but there is a small area with some tiny pits near the muzzle end. De-cocker is functional.
