11/3/25- For sale is an original German WW2 camouflage poncho. In German, the garment is known as a Zeltbahn and it is made in the famous German WW2 “splinter” camo pattern. There is a hole in the middle of the fabric sheet to put over the head to wear the sheet over there body, but there are also buttons to attach several together to make makeshift field tents. There are one or two small rips in the fabric, and about two spots where it was patched and repaired in the period. The fabric is still sturdy and the camo pattern is strong. A bag of original replacement buttons is also included. Overall in excellent condition.
