9/17/2024 – For sale is a 1911A1 made by Ithaca in 1944. This handgun is in a 96% overall with the majority of the finish loss on the slide. There is edge wear on both the slide and the frame and there is a scratch from improper reinstallation of the slide stop. There is finish loss on the slide where it reciprocates into the frame. The barrel is stamped HS and has a bright bore with great rifling but streaks from being shot are visible on the lands. The grips are in good condition and free of cracks. The magazine is stamped G for General Shaver.
