Description
6/25/26 – From the collection of Tom Whiteman. A COA will be provided. This is a very rare factory cutaway example of a Mauser Luger for training/instruction. This is viewed as a factory executed example as it has a very low “06” serial number with no proofs. Cross-sections of all parts are visible. There is a “41” date on the chamber. Some of the parts have a matching “06” serial number, but the sear bar is numbered “90”, and the rear toggle pin is numbered “8”. Comes with a black widow magazine. The gun has retained nearly all of its finish with just a couple of tiny surface scratches. The bluing on the upper receiver has a very nice plum colored tint to it. Fitted with cutaway wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is noticeable pin-pricking throughout (likely from storage). This is considered a firearm, so FFL is required. It is, however, C&R eligible.
