4/19/23 – This is a rare, boxed Walther P.38 in .22LR.It features the scarce lightweight slide design with a specialized locking block.The pistol is matching and original with just minor wear at the front edges of the slide.Excellent bore.Very nice wooden presentation grips, as well as the original black plastic grips.Total of two magazines.Comes with a manual, as well as an original test target, though the numbering is not done in the standard fashion so may have been added later.The box is also an original example from the time period but force-matched to the pistol.1970 date on frame.Interarms import mark on slide.Box is in good shape but it did previously have some tape on it that left residue behind.
