Description
3/15/24 – This is a very nice example of a rare BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi police force in 1944. All matching with a police “Eagle F” proof on the slide. Only about 1,500 of these guns were made. It has a dual-tone finish. It has retained about 97% of its finish. While there is almost no actual finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation throughout (typical for these phosphate finishes). Fitted with a proper set of black plastic Mauser grips. Comes with an ” Eagle 359″ marked Walther magazine. Factory-new bore. De-cocker is functional.
