Description
3/4/24 – This is a super rare Colt M1911 from WWI that was shipped to the U.S. Marine Corps in 1918. It has a Springfield barrel. The entire gun has been refinished (parkerized). There is not much actual finish loss, but there is brown patina on the front strap, some spotty oxidation on the left side of the frame, and light surface scratches and scuffs along the slide. Fitted with fairly worn wood grips and comes with one period-correct magazine. Very nice bore.
