Description
8/31/23 – This is an original WW1 era production Remington P1907 bayonet for an Enfield rifle. The bayonet is in great overall condition with some mild surface patina and dark discoloration throughout the blade. The edge is clean and in great condition. Maker stamped and dated on the ricasso, as shown, along with British proofs on the reverse. The cross guard has surface patina and mild finish loss but no rust or pitting. Original wood grips have typical surface wear and natural aging. The pommel has mild patina throughout. Comes with an original scabbard and canvas frog.
