12/4/23 – This is a rare Remington UMC 1911 that was refurbished after the war.One of only ~22,000 produced, the gun has since been paired with a Colt 1911 slide and the pistol was refinished.Sharp E.E.C. inspectors mark on frame.WW2 Colt barrel.Unfortunately, the barrel is pitted and worn throughout so we would recommend a cheap aftermarket barrel be swapped if buyer wishes to shoot this pistol.Nice wood grips with minor smoothing and handling wear but no cracks.Post-WW2 mag.
