4/13/26- For sale is a repainted German M42 combat helmet. The helmet exterior has striped of lighter and darker paint, looking like an imitation camo pattern. The decals underneath appear to be a party shield and police eagle, but the decals appear to have been repainted. The helmet interior also has a smooth darker paint on it with some flecks of white, also indicating a repainted shell. The helmet liner appears well aged and likely original. Some of the interior flaps have broken off but are still present and held by the drawstring at the top of the liner. There are faint lot and size codes underneath the paint. Overall in good condition.
