Description
1/11/24 – This is an excellent example of a Rock Island Arsenal Model 1903 rifle issued to the US military in 1910. It has been reworked at an arsenal, as evidenced by the “SADAL” arsenal rework marking on the stock. The barrel was made by Springfield and is dated 5-29. The metal parts have retained nearly all of their finish with just some light scuffing on the floor plate. Very nice wood furniture with only minor signs of handling wear. Mint bore.
