1/30/25 – Between 1926 and May of 1940, nearly 60,000 FN Browning M1922 pistols were shipped to the Netherlands and designated Pistool M25 No.2 by the Koninklijke Landmacht. These pistols feature a large Crown/W proof on the slide for Queen Wilhelmina. While 60,000 would suggest a somewhat common pistol, the survival rate on these is relatively low as we only receive one or two per year. This one is all matching, but we believe it has been re-blued. Very little finish loss, just some very minor muzzle and a small area of tiny pitting on the left side of the slide. Fitted with black bakelite grips. Mint bore.
