8/26/24 – This is a scarce International Harvester M1 Garand produced in 1953 that was sold out of the CMP as an expert grade rifle. The rifle looks fresh from the rebuild and has an excellent finish overall. The metal has a nice parkerized finish with minimal wear. The stock is a new stock from CMP and is in great condition. The bore is mirror bright and was made in 2010 by Criterion. The muzzle erosion and throat erosion are both rating <1. The rifle comes with an en bloc clip, a gun lock, the CMP Certificate, and a M1 grand manual.
