10/28/20 -This is an original Nazi G.43 sniper rifle that was made at the Walther factory in 1944 for the German military.The gun is all original WW2 parts but mismatched numbers.The ZF 4 scope and mount are original, and all pieces/parts are WW2 original.Excellent original finish on the metal parts, just minor thinning/patina on the trigger guard and barrel.Excellent stock, though it has been sanded.Has a few waffenamts that are now faint due to the sanding.Period original sling, sight hood and cleaning rod.Magazine is ‘gcb’ maker marked with waffenamt.Bore is shiny with strong rifling but does have some freckling in the grooves.Scope optics are clear, just a hint of cloudiness.
