6/16/25 – This is a very nice example of a scarce Smith and Wesson top-break spur trigger revolver from the late 1800’s. This is also known as a “Baby Russian”, and was the first .38 caliber revolver introduced by S&W, beginning in 1876. All matching. Chambered in .38 caliber with a 4 inch barrel. This gun has a nickeled finish and is in very nice condition for its age. There are just a few small spots of oxidation (mainly on the cylinder) and some light surface scratches throughout. Fitted with period-correct blackish brown hard rubber grips. Excellent bore. Fully functional. No FFL required.
