4/18/24 – This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Victory revolver from WW2. It is matching and has British military proofs, indicating it was part of the Lend-Lease Program between the US and England. The top strap is “United States Property” marked and has a “GHD” military inspection stamp and a flaming bomb proof. “53 FTR” factory repair marking on the right side of the frame. There is very little finish loss, but there are some small spots of minor discoloration here and there. Fitted with mismatched wood grips. Mint bore.
