Description
4/15/25 – For sale is a Gewehr 98 made by Spandau in 1917. The rifle shows plenty of wear but is structurally sound. The receiver has a layer of patina and freckling of light oxidation. The barrel retains some of its blued finish but has aged to a dull grey. The stock has been sanded but is free of any cracks or breaks. The bore has a hint of brightness but has mostly darkened. The rifling is still in good condition. The rifle is a bolt and stock mismatched from the rest of the parts.
