Description
12/1/20 – This is a very nice example of a Springfield Krag Model 1898, manufactured in 1904. Overall, it is in very nice condition. It has retained most of its original bluing on the barrel, but there is thinning on the rest of the metal parts.The gun is fully functional and the action is buttery-smooth. The stock is marked with a “P” proof.It is in excellent condition with hardly any dings or nicks.Bore is shiny with strong rifling but there’s a bit of frost and freckling near the muzzle.
