9/17/25 – This is a Walther PP that was issued to the Nazi SS in 1940. It is all matching and comes with a numbered SS magazine in the same serial range, but it is not matching to the gun. This gun would be considered a Variation Three, Fifth Contact, discussed on pages 95-99 in Tom Whiteman’s “SS Contract Walther PP/PPK” Book. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish with honest wear throughout. Fitted with a set of period-correct black bakelite grips. Minty bore.
