1/4/24 – This is a stunning example of a Remington Rand 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. It is “US Property” marked, has the proper “FJA” inspection initials, and has a military cross-canon cartouche. It has retained virtually all of its original finish with just hints of high edge wear and some tiny dots of discoloration on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a proper “R” marked magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
