4/21/25 – This is an original WWII-era production 7.65mm Axis pistol holster. While the holster is unmarked, its style and shape closely resemble other examples we’ve encountered, particularly those used with Mauser pistols such as the HSC and M1934, as well as Walther PP and Sauer 38h pistols. These holsters were often Kriegsmarine proof-stamped, though this particular one is not. The only marking present is a handwritten name on the interior leather, as shown in the photos.The holster displays moderate surface wear, with some spotty discoloration, and appears to have been modified to allow the user easier access to the front strap when drawing the pistol. The leather retains its normal pliability, and the interior is clean. The original stitching remains intact throughout, and the steel closure stud is in good condition.
