11/7/25- For sale is a 1917 American armorer’s tool crate for the M1917/P14 rifle. The crate has compartments for various tools, spare parts, and anything else needed for field repair and maintenance of rifles. The crate is empty and there are NO TOOLS. The wood dividers in the crate are all intact. The hinges and leather carrying strap are intact and the crate opens and closes easily. The exterior of the crate has expected wear but there are no deep scrapes, chips, or cracks to the wood. There is a stencil on both sides that reads “ARM REPAIR CHEST, M.17 FOR U.S. RIFLE M.17”. Overall in very good condition.
