Description
8/9/24 – This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1905 issued to the US Marine Corps in 1906. According to the included Colt Factory Letter, it was shipped to the USMC Asst. Quartermaster Office in Philadelphia, PA on October 13, 1906, along with 200 other guns. This one is matching and has been refinished. The gun shows very little bluing loss. Fitted with slightly worn checkered wood grips. Excellent bore with great rifling.
