Description
8/22/24 – This is an original WW2 KA-BAR fighting used by the United States Marine Corps. during WW2. The blade this knife still maintains its original edge but does have oxidation and pin pricking through out. The “KA-BAR” and “USMC” stamps on the blade are still strong and easily legible. The stacked leather disks in the handle are all still intact and are not loose. This knife comes with the original sheath, the leather of which is still pliable. The leather sheath does show wear that is consistent with its age and the snap on the retainer is broken, however there are no major cracks or tears in the leather.
