Description
7/29/24 – This is an excellent example of a very early Walther PP, sold in the commercial market in about 1929. All matching and “Crown N” proofed. It has a really nice satin nickel finish that was not applied in the factory (serial number is too early for this variation). Essentially no finish loss. It comes fitted with an excellent set of period-correct scarce marbled brown bakelite grips and comes with a nickel-plated finger extension magazine. The hold-open does not work properly with this magazine. The bore is mostly shiny with strong rifling, but there is one small spot of minor pitting.
