07/18/2024 – For sale is an Auto Ordnance Model 1911A1 Commander chambered in .45 ACP. This model is a slightly shortened version of the standard length 1911A1. The pistol is in excellent condition overall. The metal has a nice parkerized finish with some minor handling marks. The pistol looks to have some parts replaced with USGI, like the slide release, safety, main spring housing, grip safety, and hammer. The barrel is bright with great rifling. The magazine is stamped L at the toe for MS Little.
