3/24/25 – For sale is a very nice DWM Gewehr 98M made in 1917. The rifle was converted to a 98M during the Weimar era and then was sent to support the fascist forces in Spain during the Spanish Civil War. The rifle was reworked after the war and has a finish that is typical of Spanish refurbs. The metal has a dark, high polish finish. The stock looks to be a Spanish made stock as its void of any stamps but the edges are still sharp. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The bolt is unnumbered but proofed.
