5/17/24 – This is a rare, original Colt 1911 slide that is U.S. Navy roll marked and has a 1911 patent date and vertical ‘H’ proof on rear of slide.This patent date was only used until serial numbers ~83xxx.The finish on the slide is original but worn throughout with maybe 15% of the blue remaining but no major corrosion.There is a somewhat prominent ding along the top though.
