8/17/23 – This is an original Camillus MK 2 Utility knife from the Vietnam era. These were a soldier’s best friend as a tool and weapon during WW2 and Vietnam. This example is in excellent overall condition with some light thinning and finish loss on the blade, as well as evidence of sharpening along the edge. The base of the blade is marked “U.S. Camillus N.Y.” and there are no other markings. The cross guard shows dark browning patina and mild wear. The leather handle is excellent with a few minor scuffs but no major issues and very tight. The leather scabbard is in minty condition.
