Description
5/31/23 – This is a nice example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1943-44. All matching with the proper “Waffen 359” military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. Most of the bluing on this gun has a nice plum tint to it, which pairs nicely with its set of scarce red bakelite grips. The gun has retained roughly 85% of its finish with light spotty wear and discoloration along both sides of the slide. Light spotty oxidation/freckling on most of the gun. There are some small spots of pin-pricking and tiny handling marks on the slide. Comes with a proper wartime magazine. The bore is shiny for the most part with strong rifling, but there is some light freckling here and there.
