2/3/25 – This is a very good example of a WW1 German holster. This holster should fit either a Walther Model 4, a Mauser 1914, or a Sauer 1913. The leather on the holster is in very good overall condition and is still pliable and soft, and is a dark brown leather.The holster is maker marked under the flap with “,R. Kuhlewein & Co., Erfurt, 1916”, this marking is still legible. The leather on this holster has normal wear from use.The leather strap is still pliable. The stitching on this holster is intact and strong.
