Description
9/13/24 – This is a very nice example of a Smith & Wesson Pre-Victory revolver that was part of the British/Australian Lend-Lease Program during WW2 – issued to the British or Australian military. It is all matching, marked “United States Property” on the top strap, and has “WB” and flaming bomb military proofs on the butt of the frame. British proofs throughout. The majority of the wear is on the back strap, but there is also general minor high edge wear. Fitted with period-correct wood grips – the right panel is numbered but mismatched. Minty bore.
