Description
5/29/25 – This is an excellent example of a Colt Commando issued to the US military in 1942-43. All matching with a US military “flaming bomb” proof on the left side of the frame. Chambered in .38 Special with a 2 inch barrel. It has retained about 95% of its parkerized finish. There is general high edge wear and muzzle wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips – a couple of small chips on the bottom edge of the right panel. Mint bore. Smooth action.
