Description
5/20/25 – This is a factory-made WW2 Japanese sword. It comes with an unusual, non-standard scabbard that we’ve never seen before. The blade has some minor condition issues. The blade shows a few tiny dings, there are signs of over-cleaning, and it may have been sharpened. The tsuba is a bit loose. There is a hand-written note from the previous owners that states that it is signed “Noshu Seki ju nin Yoshichika, Showa 19th year, 12th month, Lucky Day (a lucky day in Dec 1944)”.
