4/25/24 – This is a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1918. Proper “HP” Colt barrel. The gun has virtually no finish left with obvious wear and spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with period-correct wood grips and comes with a proper two-tone magazine. The hold open does not work with this mag. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting in the grooves.
