10/13/25- For sale is a very nice WWI trench knife. This famous Mark 1 pattern incorporates brass knuckles, a large knife, and a steel stud. The handle of this knife says “U.S. 1918 L.F.&C-1918”, indicating manufacture by Landers, Frary & Clark. The knife appears to be appropriately cast bronze rather than a modern machined example. The scabbard is the original metal pattern, also stamped “L.F.&C. 1918”. One belt attachment is present on the back of the scabbard, along with a thin leather band. There is light wear on the blade and handle but no serious damage. Overall in excellent condition.
