6/11/24 – This is an excellent example of a Yugoslavian Zastava M48BO bolt action rifle manufactured in the 1950’s-60’s. The original M48 had the Yugoslavian crest on the chamber. In the 50’s and 60’s, Zastava was making these for export with the crest. The “BO” stands for “bez oznake” or “without markings”. Import mark on the barrel. This one is all matching, including the stock. The metal parts have retained nearly all of their high polish finish with just some light scratches on the barrel and some small dings on the front barrel band. Minty wood stock. Near-mint bore.
