5/16/23 – This is an original metal scope case from WW2 for a ZF 41 scope. The case has a dark olive green paint that’s in good condition with some areas of chipping and paint loss on the exterior from age and use wear. The original canvas belt loop / attachment strap is still attached, as shown. The lid is maker stamped “jvb” for Wessel & Muller, Luckenwalde and has a waffen proof stamp as well. The other side of the lid is serial numbered 1954g. The interior is lined with green wool and is in excellent condition. Inside the interior lid compartment is a cleaning cloth.
