Description
4/3/25 – For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made at the end of 1943. The rifle has been rebuilt after the war and has a later barrel installed. The receiver has a parkerized finish with dotting of pitting throughout. The barrel has a darker parked finish with a slight fading. The stock has plenty of dings and nicks but no cracks or breaks. The left side is stamped with the DoD stamp on the left side and a Circle P on the bottom of the wrist. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. The Muzzle erosion rates a 5 and the throat erosion a 6. The barrel is marked SA 3-53.
