9/26/23 – This is an original WW2 era production Mauser HSC magazine. The magazine is wartime production with a blued base and phosphate tube. The base has a half-moon shaped indent, and is stamped with a police style numbering. There’s a “1” for the main magazine indication, and “77” for the serial number of the pistol this was likely paired with. The tube has some dark patina, but there’s no rust or pitting, and the spring is smooth and functional.
