4/7/25 – For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made in 1954 and was rebuilt at the CMP. The rifle is in great shape overall with a nice parkerized finish on the metal parts. The receiver has some edge wear and is a lighter grey than the barrel. There’s some finish wear around the muzzle. The stock is a CMP replacement and is in excellent condition. The bore is bright with good rifling. The muzzle erosion rates a 5 and the throat erosion is 3.
