4/8/25 – For sale is a Russian SVT-40 made at the Tula Arsenal in 1943. The rifle has been refurbished after WW2. The metal is in great shape overall with a Russian blue finish throughout. The stock has the typical lacquer finish from refurbishments. There is a professional repair above the magazine on the left side of the stock. The bore is darkening with slightly bright lands but the grooves show signs of oxidation. The rifle has force matched numbers throughout. The magazine is a reproduction and the cleaning rod is absent. There is an import mark on the right side of the receiver.
