10/22/25 – For sale is a Type 99 Long rifle made by Toyo Kogyo. The Type 99 series of rifles originally started production in the Long configuration like the Type 38. Later, they were revised into the short rifle configuration. This rifle has its original bluing with patches of oxidation and wear. The stock has plenty of handling marks but no cracks or breaks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle is mismatched. Comes with a Type 30 Bayonet and Frog. The upper half of the blade has been sharpened. The muzzle ring on the bayonet is slightly bent into an oval and does not fit around the barrel.
