Description
5/26/26- For sale is a very nice US McKeever cartridge box. These cartridge boxes were a part of the standard US equipment during the late 1800s when the large 45-70 rifles were in service and used large metallic cartridges. The box has very light wear and no serious damage. The interior is all canvas and is marked with a handwritten X and “EBW”. The leather side panel is clearly stamped “Rock Island Arsenal 1904”. There is a carrying strap included. Overall in excellent condition.
