6/20/25 – This is a very nice example of a British Webley Pryse-pattern double action top-break revolver, manufactured by Stanton & Co in the late 1800’s. It has British proofs and has retained roughly 25% of its original high polish bluing. Nearly all of the remaining blue is on and around the cylinder. Fitted with an excellent period-correct wood grip – a couple of small blemishes on the right side. The bore is nice for its age – great rifling with just light spotty oxidation here and there. It comes with a period-correct blue velvet-lined wood presentation case. There is a “Isaac Hollis & Sons” label on the inside. It also comes with a small metal oiler bottle. The gun is fully functional. No FFL required.
