Description
2/4/26 – This is a very nice example of a 1944 Dual Tone P.38 with a blued barrel and a phosphate finish on the slide and frame. All matching with the proper “Waffen 135” military acceptance proofs. This one has retained about 93% of its original finish. The majority of the wear comes in the form of some thinning on the front strap. There are a few small dots of oxidation at the front of the right side of the slide. Fitted with correct black plastic Mauser grips – noticeable scratching on both sides. Comes with a “Waffen 359”-proofed Walther magazine. Minty bore. De-cocker is not functional.
