Description
8/4/23 – This is a very nice example of a Krag-Jorgensen Model 1912 issued to the Norwegian military in 1916. This one is completely matching and has the proper Norwegian Kongsberg proofs throughout. No import marks. The metal parts have lost virtually all of their original finish with obvious wear and light spotty oxidation throughout. Heavy oxidation on the butt plate. No major damage to the wood furniture, but there is obvious bruising and scratching throughout. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with pitting throughout.
